Description

Delicious finger food combining rich flavors of creamy chicken and bacon in bite-sized rolls.


Ingredients

  • 1 package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 4 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chopped bacon, ranch seasoning, and shredded rotisserie chicken. Mix everything until well combined.
  2. Take a tortilla, spread a generous portion of the mixture evenly on top, leaving a small border at the edges. Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other.
  3. Once rolled, slice the tortilla into pinwheels. You can enjoy them immediately, or refrigerate until you’re ready to serve.

Notes

Leftover pinwheels can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Uncut rolls can be frozen for up to 2 months, thaw in the fridge before serving.
