- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1 lb chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook penne pasta according to package directions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, combine cream cheese, chicken broth, Ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and heated through.
- Add in the shredded chicken and mix until coated.
- Stir in the cooked penne and crumbled bacon, continuing to mix until everything is well combined and heated.
- Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm.
