Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 1 lb chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook penne pasta according to package directions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, combine cream cheese, chicken broth, Ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and heated through.
  3. Add in the shredded chicken and mix until coated.
  4. Stir in the cooked penne and crumbled bacon, continuing to mix until everything is well combined and heated.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm.
