Description
Flavorful and easy-to-make burgers packed with ground chuck, sour cream, ranch dressing, bacon, and cheddar, perfect for gatherings or weeknight dinners.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 ½ lb ground chuck
- 3 Tbsp sour cream
- 2 Tbsp ranch dressing mix
- ⅓ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Hamburger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, mustard, and mayo (for topping)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chuck, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Mix gently until everything is well incorporated, being careful not to overmix.
- Shape the mixture into 6 equal-sized patties and create a small dimple in the center of each.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat. Grill the patties to your desired doneness—about 6-8 minutes per side for medium.
- Once done, let the burgers rest for a few minutes before serving to allow the juices to redistribute.
Notes
Don’t press down on the patties while cooking to keep them juicy. For best results, use a meat thermometer for perfect doneness—aim for 130-135°F for medium-rare.
