Description

Flavorful and easy-to-make burgers packed with ground chuck, sour cream, ranch dressing, bacon, and cheddar, perfect for gatherings or weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ lb ground chuck
  • 3 Tbsp sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp ranch dressing mix
  • ⅓ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Hamburger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, mustard, and mayo (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground chuck, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  2. Mix gently until everything is well incorporated, being careful not to overmix.
  3. Shape the mixture into 6 equal-sized patties and create a small dimple in the center of each.
  4. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat. Grill the patties to your desired doneness—about 6-8 minutes per side for medium.
  5. Once done, let the burgers rest for a few minutes before serving to allow the juices to redistribute.

Notes

Don’t press down on the patties while cooking to keep them juicy. For best results, use a meat thermometer for perfect doneness—aim for 130-135°F for medium-rare.
