Description

Crack Burgers are a flavorful blend of ground chuck, creamy sour cream, tangy ranch dressing, crispy bacon, and melty cheddar cheese, making them a hit at any dinner table.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ lb ground chuck
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tbsp ranch dressing mix
  • ⅓ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Hamburger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, mustard, and mayo (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground chuck, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese. Remember not to overmix!
  2. Shape the mixture into six equally sized patties. Make sure they’re not too thick to cook evenly.
  3. Press a small dimple in the center of each patty to help them cook without puffing up.
  4. Preheat your grill or skillet to medium heat.
  5. Carefully place the burgers on the grill and cook to your desired doneness.
  6. Once cooked, let the burgers rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

These burgers are juicy; avoid pressing down on the patties while grilling to maintain moisture.
