Description

Crack Burgers are the ultimate comfort food, combining ground chuck, creamy ranch, crispy bacon, and gooey cheddar cheese for an unforgettable meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ lb ground chuck
  • 3 Tbsp sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp ranch dressing mix
  • ⅓ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Hamburger buns
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Mustard and mayo (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground chuck, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
  2. Form the mixture into 6 evenly-sized patties, creating a small dimple in the center of each to prevent puffing during grilling.
  3. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side until they reach your desired doneness.
  4. Let the burgers rest for a few minutes to keep them juicy.
  5. Serve on hamburger buns with lettuce, tomato, mustard, and mayo, along with any other desired toppings.

Notes

Avoid overmixing to keep the burgers tender. Preheat your grill for a better sear.
