Description
Crack Burgers are the ultimate comfort food, combining ground chuck, creamy ranch, crispy bacon, and gooey cheddar cheese for an unforgettable meal.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 ½ lb ground chuck
- 3 Tbsp sour cream
- 2 Tbsp ranch dressing mix
- ⅓ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Hamburger buns
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- Mustard and mayo (for topping)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground chuck, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Form the mixture into 6 evenly-sized patties, creating a small dimple in the center of each to prevent puffing during grilling.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side until they reach your desired doneness.
- Let the burgers rest for a few minutes to keep them juicy.
- Serve on hamburger buns with lettuce, tomato, mustard, and mayo, along with any other desired toppings.
Notes
Avoid overmixing to keep the burgers tender. Preheat your grill for a better sear.
