Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 lb crispy bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 package (30 oz) frozen hash browns
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
- Layer the frozen hash browns evenly in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the crumbled bacon and shredded cheese over the hash brown layer.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the entire casserole until all components are covered.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Garnish with green onions or sour cream; serve with fresh fruit or salad. Leftovers can be stored for up to 3 days in the refrigerator or up to 2 months in the freezer.
