Description
Delicious flaky crescent dough wrapped around a creamy crab filling, perfect for parties or family dinners.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 oz)
- 1 cup cooked crab meat (lump or flaked)
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 2 tablespoons green onion (finely chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish; optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- In a medium bowl, combine the crab meat, softened cream cheese, green onion, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until everything is well integrated and creamy.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles. For smaller bites, cut each triangle in half lengthwise to create smaller triangles.
- Take about 1 teaspoon of the crab mixture and place it at the wide end of each triangle. Roll the dough up towards the point to enclose the filling.
- Place each crescent bite seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes or until they’re golden brown.
Notes
Best served hot with creamy dipping sauces. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
