  • Total Time: 50 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x
  • Diet: Beef

Description

A hearty and comforting casserole that combines ground beef, tater tots, and creamy soup for a delicious all-in-one meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your preferred choice)
  • 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef thoroughly. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Incorporate the cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper into the cooked beef. Stir until well blended.
  4. Grease your baking dish, then layer the beef mixture, adding the drained corn next, followed by an even sprinkle of shredded cheese.
  5. Top it off by arranging the tater tots evenly over the cheese layer.
  6. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days and can be frozen for up to three months. Reheat in the oven to keep tater tots crispy.
