- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the steak generously with salt and pepper.
- Cook the steak for about 4-6 minutes on each side or until it reaches your preferred doneness.
- While the steak is cooking, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, chives, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
