Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the steak generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the steak for about 4-6 minutes on each side or until it reaches your preferred doneness.
  4. While the steak is cooking, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, chives, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  5. Once the steak is cooked, allow it to rest for a few minutes to lock in the juices.
  6. Top the steak with the cowboy butter and serve immediately.
