- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika (smoked or sweet)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for searing)

- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

- Stir in lemon juice, chicken broth, and heavy cream, simmering gently for about 2-3 minutes until smooth.
- Return chicken to skillet, ensure coated with sauce, cover, and cook for another 8-10 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Garnish with additional parsley before serving.
Notes
Don’t skip the resting time for juicy chicken. Adjust spice levels to taste and use fresh herbs for better flavor.
