- 8 oz linguine pasta
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
Instructions
- Boil the linguine according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and season with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink, about 5-6 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring until well combined.
- Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss until the pasta is well-coated in the creamy sauce.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For added depth, substitute half of the chicken broth with white wine. You can also add vegetables like spinach or sun-dried tomatoes for extra nutrition.
