Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter until bubbly.
- Add minced garlic, paprika, onion powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine the flavors.
- Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Sear for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the sliced mushrooms. Cook until they are golden brown.
- Pour in the heavy cream and let it simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Serve the chicken drizzled with the creamy mushroom sauce on the side.
