Description

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter until bubbly.
  2. Add minced garlic, paprika, onion powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine the flavors.
  3. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Sear for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  4. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the sliced mushrooms. Cook until they are golden brown.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream and let it simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.
  7. Serve the chicken drizzled with the creamy mushroom sauce on the side.
