Ingredients

  • 1 cup (256g) whole milk small curd cottage cheese (preferably 4% milkfat)
  • Seasonings of your choice (garlic powder, paprika, Italian herbs)
  • Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese with your chosen seasonings. Stir until evenly mixed.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  4. Spread the cottage cheese mixture evenly over the baking sheet.
  5. If desired, sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top for an extra flavor kick.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chips are golden brown and crispy.
