Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or your microwave.
  2. Prepare your baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper for the oven method or have your microwave-safe dish ready.
  3. Mix the cottage cheese with your chosen seasonings in a bowl.
  4. Spoon the mixture: For the oven, dollop small amounts spaced out on the parchment paper. For the microwave, spread evenly in the dish.
  5. Cook: Oven method – Bake for about 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy. Microwave method – Heat for about 5-7 minutes, checking for doneness.
  6. Cool the chips on a wire rack to maintain their crispiness.
