- 1 can of corn, drained
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1–2 jalapeños, diced (optional)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in the drained corn, shredded cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños (if using), garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving dish, and sprinkle chopped green onions on top for garnish, if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
- Serve with tortilla chips or fresh veggies for dipping.
Notes
For an additional zing, add a squeeze of lime juice before serving. Room temperature cream cheese mixes easier for a smoother dip.
