Description

Ingredients

  • 2 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp granulated sweetener
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 tsp cream of tartar
  • 12 drops gel food coloring (pink, blue, yellow, green)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk the softened cream cheese, 1 tablespoon of sweetener, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. In a large bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tartar until foamy. Gradually add remaining sweetener until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the cream cheese mixture into the egg whites in two additions.
  5. Divide the batter into small bowls and add food coloring, gently folding to combine.
  6. Dollop spoonfuls of the colored batter onto the prepared baking sheet in a loaf shape, creating swirls.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
  8. Cool completely on the baking sheet before slicing and serving.
