Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) instant yeast
- 1 3/4 cups warm water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Fresh herbs (like rosemary)
- Sea salt for topping
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, salt, and instant yeast.
- Add the warm water and olive oil; stir until everything is combined and no dry flour remains.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Let sit at room temperature for 12-18 hours.
- Once the dough has risen and is bubbly, pour it onto a well-oiled baking sheet. Gently stretch it out to fit the sheet.
- Use your fingers to dimple the surface of the dough, creating little pockets for olive oil and salt.
- Sprinkle fresh herbs and sea salt over the top.
- Allow it to rise for another 20-30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Let it cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For added flavor, try mixing in sundried tomatoes, olives, or garlic into the dough.
