Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cans of Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 4 cups of cooked green beans (or 2 cans)
  • 1 1/3 cups of French’s French Fried Onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup and milk until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in the green beans and half of the French fried onions, mixing until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture into a prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes. Afterward, sprinkle the remaining fried onions on top.
  6. Return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes, until the onions are crisp and golden.

Notes

For an air fryer option, use an air fryer-safe dish and cook at 320°F (160°C) for about 10-15 minutes. Consider adding grated cheddar cheese for a cheesy twist.
