- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin well.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl until fully combined.
- In another bowl, combine the milk, eggs, melted butter, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
- Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full with the batter.
- In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon for the topping, then sprinkle it generously over each muffin.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown. A toothpick inserted in the center should come out clean.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Don’t overmix the batter for fluffiest muffins.
