Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then gently stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon until well blended.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined; do not over-mix.
- Spread the batter evenly in your greased pan.
- In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon for the topping and sprinkle it over the batter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few crumbs.
- Allow to cool before slicing into squares and serving.
