Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then gently stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon until well blended.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined; do not over-mix.
  6. Spread the batter evenly in your greased pan.
  7. In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon for the topping and sprinkle it over the batter.
