Description

Deliciously sweet and crunchy banana chips made in an air fryer with a delightful cinnamon-sugar coating.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 medium ripe bananas
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar or brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Cooking spray (optional)

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and slice them into even rounds—about 1/8 inch thick.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 330°F (165°C) and optionally spray the basket with cooking spray.
  3. In a small bowl, combine coconut or brown sugar with cinnamon and set it aside.
  4. Toss the banana slices with the cinnamon-sugar mixture until lightly coated.
  5. Arrange the banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overlap.
  6. Air fry for 10 to 14 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Allow the chips to cool on a wire rack for 5 to 10 minutes to become even crispier.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for best freshness. For crispiness, reheat in the air fryer for a minute if needed.
