Description
Deliciously crunchy and sweet banana chips, seasoned with cinnamon and sugar, made effortlessly in an air fryer.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon sugar (or sugar substitute)
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Slice the bananas thinly and layer them on a paper towel to absorb excess moisture.
- In a small bowl, mix together the cinnamon and sugar.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Arrange the banana slices in a single layer in the basket.
- Generously sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the banana slices.
- Air fry at 300°F (150°C) for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Once golden and crispy, remove from the air fryer and let cool before serving.
Notes
For optimal crispiness, ensure banana slices are uniform and thin. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
