- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 large Egg
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 2 tablespoons Melted Butter
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Ground Cinnamon
- 4 ounces Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 tablespoons Melted Butter (for glaze)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and brown sugar.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, oil, and vanilla.
- Combine the wet and dry mixtures and stir until just blended.
- Add cinnamon and mix again gently.
- On a preheated griddle, pour about a 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden.
- For the cream cheese glaze, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and melted butter until smooth. Drizzle over pancakes.
Notes
Serve with fresh fruit, bacon, or a warm maple syrup drizzle. Can store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
