Description

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Melted Butter
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tablespoons Melted Butter (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and brown sugar.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, oil, and vanilla.
  3. Combine the wet and dry mixtures and stir until just blended.
  4. Add cinnamon and mix again gently.
  5. On a preheated griddle, pour about a 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.
  6. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden.
  7. For the cream cheese glaze, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and melted butter until smooth. Drizzle over pancakes.

Notes

Serve with fresh fruit, bacon, or a warm maple syrup drizzle. Can store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
