Instructions

- Portion out about 2 tablespoons of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, forming around 10 clusters.
- Freeze the clusters until solid, about 1-2 hours.
- Meanwhile, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave in intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each frozen cluster in melted chocolate, ensuring thorough coverage, and return them to the baking sheet.
- Optionally, sprinkle sea salt over the chocolate-coated clusters.
- Freeze for a few minutes to set the chocolate.
