Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until combined.
  2. Portion out about 2 tablespoons of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, forming around 10 clusters.
  3. Freeze the clusters until solid, about 1-2 hours.
  4. Meanwhile, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave in intervals, stirring until smooth.
  5. Dip each frozen cluster in melted chocolate, ensuring thorough coverage, and return them to the baking sheet.
  6. Optionally, sprinkle sea salt over the chocolate-coated clusters.
  7. Freeze for a few minutes to set the chocolate.
