  • Total Time: 70 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x
  • Diet: High Protein

Description

A nutritious yet indulgent chocolate protein pudding made with Greek yogurt and chocolate protein powder.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 5 cups Greek yogurt (full-fat, plain or vanilla)
  • 4 scoops chocolate protein powder (about 2 to 3 tablespoons per scoop)
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or to taste)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add the Greek yogurt.
  2. Sprinkle in the chocolate protein powder and unsweetened cocoa powder.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and maple syrup.
  4. Whisk the mixture thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined and smooth. Adjust sweetness, if desired.
  5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid, and refrigerate for at least one hour to allow the pudding to thicken.
  6. Serve chilled, optionally topped with whipped cream, shaved chocolate, or fresh berries.

Notes

To keep your pudding fresh, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to five days. If it thickens too much after storing, stir in a splash of milk or yogurt for consistency.
