Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine cocoa powder, flour, and granulated sugar.
  3. Stir in the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth.
  4. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are set.
  6. While the brownies cool, melt the chopped chocolate in a double boiler or microwave, stirring continuously until smooth.
