Ingredients

  • 1 (10 to 13-oz) package mini croissants, chopped
  • 2 (8-oz) packages cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1⅓ cup sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350ºF and lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. Chop the mini croissants into bite-sized pieces and layer them into the prepared pan.
  3. Evenly sprinkle the chocolate chips over the croissants.
  4. In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla until well combined. Slowly add the milk until fully incorporated.
  5. Pour the creamy mixture evenly over the croissant pieces.
  6. Allow it to stand for 20 minutes at room temperature or refrigerate overnight for better flavor.
  7. Bake in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the center is set and golden.
  8. Enjoy warm, optionally topped with whipped cream or powdered sugar.
