- 1 (10 to 13-oz) package mini croissants, chopped
- 2 (8-oz) packages cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1⅓ cup sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350ºF and lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
- Chop the mini croissants into bite-sized pieces and layer them into the prepared pan.
- Evenly sprinkle the chocolate chips over the croissants.
- In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla until well combined. Slowly add the milk until fully incorporated.
- Pour the creamy mixture evenly over the croissant pieces.
- Allow it to stand for 20 minutes at room temperature or refrigerate overnight for better flavor.
- Bake in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the center is set and golden.
- Enjoy warm, optionally topped with whipped cream or powdered sugar.
Notes
