Description

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 zucchinis, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Toss in sliced zucchini and stir-fry until tender, around 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour in soy sauce, season with salt and pepper, and toss everything together until well coated.
  6. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles, if desired.

Notes

For a vegetarian version, substitute chicken with tofu. You can also add other vegetables like bell peppers or carrots.
