- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 zucchinis, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add sliced chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Toss in sliced zucchini and stir-fry until tender, around 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce, season with salt and pepper, and toss everything together until well coated.
- Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles, if desired.
Notes
For a vegetarian version, substitute chicken with tofu. You can also add other vegetables like bell peppers or carrots.
