- 1 pound chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Stir in the minced garlic and zucchini slices, and continue to cook for another 3-4 minutes until the zucchini is tender.
- Pour in the soy sauce and season with salt and pepper. Combine everything and cook for an additional minute.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months. To enhance flavor, consider adding rice vinegar or crushed red pepper flakes.
