Description

Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and zucchini slices, and continue to cook for another 3-4 minutes until the zucchini is tender.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce and season with salt and pepper. Combine everything and cook for an additional minute.
