Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken breasts in this marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes on each side.
- Take the chicken off the grill and allow it to rest for a few minutes. Then, slice or chop it into bite-sized pieces.
- While the chicken is resting, warm your corn tortillas on the grill or stovetop until pliable.
- Place the grilled chicken onto a tortilla. Top with diced onion and chopped cilantro.
