Ingredients

  • Flatbread (store-bought or homemade)
  • Cooked chicken, shredded
  • Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Caesar dressing
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven or air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet or air fryer basket.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the flatbread and season generously with salt and pepper.
  4. Evenly distribute the shredded chicken across the flatbread.
  5. Add the chopped romaine and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Drizzle Caesar dressing over the entire flatbread.
  7. Bake in the oven or air fry for 8-10 minutes, until the flatbread is crispy and the cheese has melted.
  8. Once done, remove from the oven, slice, and serve immediately.

Notes

For quicker prep, feel free to substitute grilled chicken with rotisserie chicken. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days.
