Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
  • 8 ounces cooked thick-cut bacon, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar jack cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 23 burrito-size tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese and ranch seasoning until well-blended.
  2. Fold in the diced cooked chicken, bacon, and shredded cheddar jack cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Lay out tortillas on a clean surface and spread the chicken and bacon mixture over each tortilla.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly and refrigerate for about 10 minutes to firm up.
  5. After chilling, cut each tortilla into 1-inch thick pinwheels and arrange on a platter.
