- 2 cups diced cooked chicken
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
- 8 ounces cooked thick-cut bacon, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar jack cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2–3 burrito-size tortillas
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese and ranch seasoning until well-blended.
- Fold in the diced cooked chicken, bacon, and shredded cheddar jack cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Lay out tortillas on a clean surface and spread the chicken and bacon mixture over each tortilla.
- Roll each tortilla tightly and refrigerate for about 10 minutes to firm up.
- After chilling, cut each tortilla into 1-inch thick pinwheels and arrange on a platter.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze uncut rolls for up to a month.
