- 2 cups cooked chicken, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Gradually stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until it melts smoothly into the cream.
- Fold in sliced chicken, warming through.
- Toss fettuccine in the sauce until well-coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, adding more cheese if desired.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute half of the heavy cream with milk. Pair with a side salad or garlic bread.
