Description

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Gradually stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until it melts smoothly into the cream.
  5. Fold in sliced chicken, warming through.
  6. Toss fettuccine in the sauce until well-coated.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, adding more cheese if desired.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute half of the heavy cream with milk. Pair with a side salad or garlic bread.
