Delicious Cheesy Taco Sticks made with seasoned ground beef and melty cheese wrapped in buttery crescent roll crust.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef (or ground turkey)
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1 package of crescent roll dough
- Cooking spray
- Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the crescent roll dough package instructions.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and drain excess fat.
- Stir in the taco seasoning as per the packet instructions.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate each triangle.
- Place a spoonful of beef mix and some shredded cheese on each triangle.
- Roll the dough around the filling starting at the wider edge and place on a baking sheet.
- Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with chosen toppings.
Notes
For a vegetarian option, swap meat for refried beans. Add diced jalapeños for extra kick.
