Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups spiral pasta (rotini)
- 1 cup sweet corn (canned or frozen)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend)
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 2 cups beef broth or water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: breadcrumbs, additional cheese, chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a large pot, boil the rotini in beef broth or water until al dente, then drain.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, ground beef, sweet corn, ranch dressing, and shredded cheese. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Optional: Top with breadcrumbs and additional cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
- Let the bake rest for 5-10 minutes before serving, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
Notes
Can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the fridge for a day. Freezes well for up to 2-3 months.
