- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups cooked seasoned ground beef
- 2 cups crispy tater tots
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream (for serving)
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef with taco seasoning, adding salt and pepper to taste.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Place a portion of the seasoned beef in the center, followed by crispy tater tots and a generous amount of shredded cheddar cheese.
- Roll the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry each burrito until they turn golden brown on all sides.
- Transfer the burritos to a baking dish and bake them in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until heated through.
- Serve the burritos warm with sour cream on the side.
Notes
Consider adding fresh guacamole, salsa, or a crunchy salad for serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
