Description

Ingredients

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan until evenly mixed.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs with salt and pepper.
  4. Form the cheese mixture into golf ball-sized bites.
  5. Dip each cheese bite into the egg mixture, ensuring it’s fully coated, and then roll in the panko breadcrumbs.
  6. Place the coated bites on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until they turn golden brown and crispy.

Notes
