- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup garlic aioli
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken and garlic aioli. Toss until the chicken is thoroughly coated.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese to the bowl. Season with salt and pepper as desired and mix well.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon a generous amount of the chicken mixture down the center of the tortilla.
- Fold in the sides and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Optional: For extra flavor, heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and grill the wraps on each side until they’re golden and crispy.
