Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup garlic aioli
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken and garlic aioli. Toss until the chicken is thoroughly coated.
  2. Add the shredded cheddar cheese to the bowl. Season with salt and pepper as desired and mix well.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon a generous amount of the chicken mixture down the center of the tortilla.
  4. Fold in the sides and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.
  5. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  6. Optional: For extra flavor, heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and grill the wraps on each side until they’re golden and crispy.
