Description

Delightful wraps filled with tender shredded chicken, garlic aioli, and melted cheddar cheese, perfect for quick meals or entertaining.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup garlic aioli
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 4 large tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken and garlic aioli. Mix until well coated.
  2. Add shredded cheddar cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Lay one tortilla flat and spoon a generous amount of the chicken mixture onto the center.
  4. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll from the bottom up to enclose the filling completely.
  5. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
  6. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Flip and repeat on the other side until the cheese is melted and wraps are crispy.

Notes

Serve with a side of salad, guacamole, or salsa. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
