Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
- 1/2 cup garlic aioli
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 4 large tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken and garlic aioli. Mix until well coated.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Lay one tortilla flat and spoon a generous amount of the chicken mixture onto the center.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll from the bottom up to enclose the filling completely.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip and repeat on the other side until the cheese is melted and wraps are crispy.
Notes
Serve with a side of salad, guacamole, or salsa. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
