Deliciously cheesy wraps filled with tender shredded chicken and creamy garlic aioli, perfect for a quick dinner.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded; rotisserie works great!)
- 1/2 cup garlic aioli
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded; substitute with Monterey Jack or pepper jack if desired)
- 4 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Start by shredding your cooked chicken if it isn’t already.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with garlic aioli until fully coated.
- Lay out a tortilla and place a generous amount of the chicken mixture in the center. Top with cheddar cheese.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it tightly from the bottom up.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes each side.
- Once cooked, slice the wraps in half and serve warm!
Notes
These wraps are great on their own, but pair well with a side salad or sweet potato fries. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
