Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

Description

Deliciously cheesy wraps filled with tender shredded chicken and creamy garlic aioli, perfect for a quick dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded; rotisserie works great!)
  • 1/2 cup garlic aioli
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded; substitute with Monterey Jack or pepper jack if desired)
  • 4 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Start by shredding your cooked chicken if it isn’t already.
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with garlic aioli until fully coated.
  3. Lay out a tortilla and place a generous amount of the chicken mixture in the center. Top with cheddar cheese.
  4. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it tightly from the bottom up.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes each side.
  6. Once cooked, slice the wraps in half and serve warm!

Notes

These wraps are great on their own, but pair well with a side salad or sweet potato fries. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
