Quick and comforting wraps filled with shredded chicken, garlic aioli, and melty cheddar cheese.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded; rotisserie chicken works great)
- 1/2 cup garlic aioli
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 4 large tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken and garlic aioli. Stir until well-coated.
- Add in the shredded cheddar cheese and mix until evenly distributed.
- Lay out the tortillas and divide the mixture among them, placing it in the center of each.
- Season with salt and pepper, fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, and roll up tightly.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the wraps seam-side down. Cook until browned, about 3–4 minutes per side.
- Once golden, remove from the skillet, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
Feel free to customize the aioli and add veggies or spices for different flavor profiles.
