Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup garlic aioli
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 4 large tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken with salt and pepper. Adjust the seasoning according to your taste.
  2. In another bowl, mix the garlic aioli with the shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
  3. Lay out a tortilla, add a generous scoop of the chicken mixture, followed by a spoonful of the cheese mixture.
  4. Fold in the sides and roll the tortilla tightly around the filling.
  5. Place the wraps seam-side down in a skillet over medium heat. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until the tortillas are golden and crispy.
  6. Cut the wraps in half for easier handling and serve warm.

Notes

You can substitute the chicken with turkey or a plant-based option. For a kick, add jalapeños or hot sauce.
