- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
- 1/2 cup garlic aioli
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 4 large tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken with salt and pepper. Adjust the seasoning according to your taste.
- In another bowl, mix the garlic aioli with the shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
- Lay out a tortilla, add a generous scoop of the chicken mixture, followed by a spoonful of the cheese mixture.
- Fold in the sides and roll the tortilla tightly around the filling.
- Place the wraps seam-side down in a skillet over medium heat. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until the tortillas are golden and crispy.
- Cut the wraps in half for easier handling and serve warm.
Notes
You can substitute the chicken with turkey or a plant-based option. For a kick, add jalapeños or hot sauce.
