- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup softened cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas. Top each wrap with fresh spinach leaves and diced tomatoes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired.
- Roll the tortillas tightly. In a skillet, drizzle olive oil and heat over medium. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Slice in half and serve warm.
Notes
Leftover wraps can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days or frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat in a skillet for best results.
