Delicious and quick Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps that combine creamy cheese and shredded chicken, perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 large tortillas or wraps
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter for frying
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, minced garlic, and half of the shredded cheese. Stir well, adding salt and pepper to taste.
- Lay out the tortillas and divide the chicken mixture evenly among them. Top with the remaining shredded cheese.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly, making sure to fold in the ends to keep the filling secure.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt a little butter.
- Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Once done, remove from heat, slice in half, and sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm.
Notes
For best results, use well-flavored chicken, such as roast chicken. You can also customize with different herbs, spices, and vegetables.
