- 2 large chicken breasts, diced
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup creamy garlic sauce
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add the seasoned chicken. Cook for about 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is golden and fully cooked. Set aside to cool slightly.
- Lay the tortillas on a flat surface. Spread a layer of creamy garlic sauce over each tortilla and add the cooked chicken on top.
- Generously sprinkle with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Fold the tortillas over the filling to create a wrap.
- In the same non-stick pan, grill the folded wraps for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the tortillas are golden and crispy, and the cheese has melted.
- Remove from heat, cut each wrap in half, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat on a skillet to regain crispiness.
