- 2 large chicken breasts, diced
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup creamy garlic sauce
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and fully cooked through. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
- Lay out your tortillas on a flat surface. Spread a generous layer of creamy garlic sauce on each. Next, evenly distribute the cooked chicken over the tortillas, followed by a generous sprinkle of cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Fold the tortillas over the filling. In the same pan, grill the wraps for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are golden and crispy and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the pan, slice each wrap in half, and garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired. Serve immediately for the best flavor!
