Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the black beans, cream cheese, shredded cheddar, sour cream, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix the ingredients until smooth and well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes or until you see it bubbling on the edges.
  6. Remove it from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions.
  7. Serve warm with tortilla chips and enjoy!

Notes

For a lighter dip, substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream. Customize with different beans or meats as desired.
