- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
- Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the black beans, cream cheese, shredded cheddar, sour cream, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix the ingredients until smooth and well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until you see it bubbling on the edges.
- Remove it from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips and enjoy!
Notes
For a lighter dip, substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream. Customize with different beans or meats as desired.
