Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Stir in your choice of shredded cheese until evenly distributed.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, and egg until well combined.
- Make a well in the dry ingredients and pour in the wet mixture. Stir just until combined; be careful not to overmix.
- Transfer the batter into a greased loaf pan.
