- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce or tamari
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts, remove any wilted outer leaves, and slice them in half.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, maple syrup (or honey), soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the halved Brussels sprouts to the bowl with the glaze and toss until well coated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the Brussels sprouts cut-side down in a single layer.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Transfer to a serving dish and drizzle with more glaze if desired; serve hot.
Notes
For best results, do not crowd the baking sheet and consider adding spices or nuts for extra flavor and texture.
