A decadent dessert combining chewy brownies and rich cheesecake topped with luscious caramel.
Ingredients

- 1 box of brownie mix
- 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
- 4 large eggs (2 for brownie mix, 2 for cheesecake)
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup of caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup of chopped nuts (optional)
- Chocolate shavings (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a bowl, mix the brownie mix, vegetable oil, and 2 eggs according to the package instructions. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the 2 remaining eggs, mixing well.
- Layer the cream cheese mixture over the brownie layer in the pan. Pour the remaining brownie batter on top.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and use a knife to gently swirl it into the brownie batter.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set. Let it cool completely.
- Once cooled, carefully remove from the springform pan, garnish with chocolate shavings and extra caramel sauce if desired. Serve chilled.
Notes
For best texture, serve chilled with a dollop of whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
